Guide for Submitting Student Projects to VisMX

The first and most important issue, is to register your project on: . We need this information to understand which projects will be presented, which hardware is required, and who will be presenting the project on the exhibition day.

Please note, if you would like to add your project onto the VisMX website, you will need to give us permission. Please do so, by ticking the relevant box in the submission form. You can also choose, if you would like to give us extended permission e.g. for using the uploaded materials in e.g. teaching etc. However, if you would like to make the project available to us for e.g. teaching purposes, we will contact you separately if you should decide to tick this box.

Please also note, that we will have a technical setup session the morning. Thus please arrive early on the presentation day to setup your projects. The HIVE is opened starting from 9:00am. The exhibition opens sharply on-time, thus be well prepared.
